Larger Z-knob with logo

I wanted a knob that wouldn't get in the way of my filament guide but was wide enough to be easily used. A little trial and error to get it just the way I wanted, and it matches my extruder knob. It just barely clears the filament guide, I may change that later... I didn't want to use supports so the Ender Dragon logo may come out ugly due to printing it on its face. If you want better quality flip it around but remember to use supports.
