Larger Spool Holder for 5/16 SAE Rod

This is a somewhat larger adaptation of the 5/16 threaded rod spool holder from www.thingiverse.com/thing:781495 that I came up with entirely by myself. It still fits a 22mm OD x 8 mm ID bearing, although it may require some adjustments to fit one due to its own larger diameter spool opening. Since I don't utilize those particular bearings, the required modifications for a perfect fit are unclear. It makes room on your roller for a plastic spool with a bigger spool hole, as long as all of the other components come from lewis1914's design and perform well like they did for me. I came across an additional bolt and washer at the end, combined with some locktite, and discovered it resulted in excellent results. Print Settings Rafts: Whatever works Supports: They can be adjusted Resolution: Set to 0.2mm Infill: Use a 30% fill density Notes: Don't take our word for it; the print's quality could vary depending on your machine. The part seems durable and requires minimal special settings, which means it can work well with common plastics like ABS even in cases where the Rostock Max printer doesn't want to comply with them. Since my 3D printer does not enjoy bridging prints and produces weak bridges, I discovered that placing it on the bed using some form of adhesive is effective. This helped avoid weak connections throughout its build process.
