Larger Quinled Dig Uno case WLED
prusaprinters

Whenever I build something using an ESP32 or Diguno I want to make it clean. There's never enough space in the case to do that. Everyone focuses on making it as small as possible and feeding in ugly wires from the outside. I've incorporated a 4 position Wago (3 connector) holder that can be put in and pulled out (so you can wire it outside the case and then push it back in), a DC jack that lets you plug in a standard barrel connector, and space inside to fit what you need. I also created a shim for the barrel connector so the case can be a bit smaller but there's enough room to lead the wires to the DC in on the Dig Uno board. This box was specifically designed for an under cabinet lighting project using a Quinled Diguno, WLED, Home Assistant and a Lutron Caseta remote to control it.

Please note that the hole in the case for the DC barrel connector is a bit too small and needs to be reamed out for an exact fit. I did this so it stays snug.

I've also included the Fusion 360 file if anyone wants to play with it (I love it when people include these).

Wago connectors: WAGO 221-413 3 Conductor Compact Splicing Connectors

DC Barrel Jack: 5.5 x 2.1 mm DC Power Jack Socket Threaded Female Panel Mount Connector Adapter with Dustproof Plug 6Pack (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08SJM2G52)

I printed this using Hatchbox Black PLA filament (probably should have used PETG since the interior of the case might get warm), 15% infill and everything else stock in Prusa Slicer.

The Diguno screws into the case using M2 screws. The case screws together using M3 screws.
