Larger GPIO access for 'Raspberry Pi B+ Case With Fan'

THIS IS JUST THE TOP COVER FOR THIS CASE!!! I had to modify the case to accommodate my GPIO flat cable, so I cut a larger hole in it. FreeCAD's cutting feature worked beautifully, allowing me to create an entirely new model from scratch. Notably, the corners of this revised design aren't as precise as the original since I opted for a speedy solution and didn't want to invest extra time into perfecting them.
