I meticulously reimagined this design from scratch, basing it on a proven original shape after several iterations were either too fragile, wouldn't fit snugly, or had noticeable gaps when scaled down. I utilized Google Sketchup for precise design work and 123 Design to seamlessly merge the two solids together. To bolster strength, I carefully tapered the wrap-around and smoothed out one side of the handle for effortless bed adhesion. This result is a rock-solid creation that sits perfectly at the ideal height of tall Yeti cups and their budget-friendly alternatives. The wrap-around boasts a robust 2mm thickness, making it an excellent candidate for printing with a .4mm nozzle. I also created a version without supports; however, moving the handle lower on the wrap-around will compromise its structural integrity. To achieve optimal results, I recommend printing the original version that requires a minimal amount of support. Print Settings: Printer: MP Maker Select Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .200 mm Infill: 50% Notes: Printed at 55mm/s. To ensure the wrap-around's complete solidity, I used 5 outside layers.
