I thought that 3DPrintingNewb's design would be a perfect fit for my home telecom closet, but they are just too small for the task at hand. I wanted something that could handle a couple of thick computer power cords in addition to Ethernet cables, so I scaled up the model to 52 x 68 x 20mm. As expected, this enlargement increased the hole size, so I made it much smaller and added a chamfer to accommodate countersink screws more efficiently. To get a better look at the mesh and identify any potential issues, I'll print the model vertically, but for actual printing, I recommend laying it flat.
