A large food vessel urn was discovered at Turf Knowe North Cairn on Ingram Farm during excavations conducted as part of the Breamish Valley Archaeology Project, spanning from 1994 to 2004. Dated to approximately 2,000 BC or 4,000 years before present, this Early Bronze Age artifact was carefully positioned within the cairn structure that held the remains of an infant who had tragically succumbed to meningitis.
