This large, simple hex wrench proved essential during toilet rebuilding when a 3" nut needed removal. Instead of purchasing one, plywood laser cutting produced an effective alternative! The .scad file allows customization of wrench size via width_f2f variable, and resulting DXF export can be imported into Inkscape for scaling at 0.254 before HPGL output for laser cutting. Two successful examples include 3" and 2.5" wrenches made from 1/4" plywood, demonstrating wood's surprising durability under forceful conditions.
