To ensure a snug fit for the actual scout cup lids, simply sand down the lip area. To prevent leaks, I applied a thin layer of epoxy to seal the inside. Using Blender, I customized the .stl file to optimize it for printing, and Makeprintable ensured that the final product prints accurately and smoothly.
