I required a slightly larger 3D-printed ball bearing for a demo, so I went ahead and designed one. The gap between the parts themselves and the custom support is a mere 0.3mm, which makes it easy to print and remove the support material. I opted for printing in ABS with a layer height of 0.15mm.
