Using OpenSCAD, set your desired parameters, compile the model, export as STL, and skeinforge without a raft. Print only the first layer's outline for an accurate test of your heated print bed's flatness. After printing, examine the bed by measuring the consistency of the wall width; inconsistent widths indicate varying bed height.
