Large plywood wine rack

You can view the original design in ODG format.\nA customized wine rack measuring 86.4 cm wide x 22.3 cm deep x 25.6 cm high (or 34" x 8.8" x 10.1") was created using 3-ply plywood with a thickness of 4 mm. To manufacture this design, you will need to cut out five separate components:\nOne piece for the bottom, complete with sticks\nTwo pieces for the front and back sides\nTwo more pieces for the sides and roof sections\nIt's crucial to note that cutting in the direction indicated by the orange double-headed arrow is essential. Failing to do so may result in thin pieces breaking apart during the assembly process. The intricate turns on the roof demand substantial pressure to secure the pieces in place effectively. These curves might be revised to achieve a larger turning radius, but for now, this design will have to suffice. When installing the sections with 1 cm (0.4") wide slots located at both sides of a dip, apply downward force directly to the middle part of that dip.\nThis laser-cutting process was accomplished using an Epilog Fusion laser cutter boasting a cutting bed size of 1016 mm by 711 mm or 40" x 28". The entire procedure took approximately an hour to complete at a speed setting of 5%. The design blueprint assumes a negligible width during the laser cut, which generally produces satisfactory results for plywood but may lead to loose connections when used with plexiglas.
