This large plastic wrap dispenser was designed for my wife and resembles a big toilet paper roll holder. To use it, place your container or plate on the cutting board (mine is 20in x 15in x .6in) and simply tear the cellophane over. The dispenser works with BJ's Wholesale Club's store brand 3000 feet by 12-inch roll. You will need a few additional parts for assembly, including: 1. A large platform or base at least 20 inches wide and thick enough to accommodate the mounting bolts. 2. Eight 5/16th inch bolts with matching nuts to secure the brackets. Adjust bolt length according to your board and bracket thickness, and whether you want them to stick out as feet. 3. Two 5/16th x 1.75-inch liner pins with D-shaped ends to hold the bearings in place. To print the parts, you need two brackets and two gear bearings. Polish the ABS printed brackets (optional) and mount the brackets onto your base, spacing them according to your plastic wrap roll size. Slide the bearings onto the roll, then secure with linch pins. Remember not to let one pin hold the entire weight of the roll while installing.
