I adapted the visor PPE face shield frame design from Erik Cederberg / 3DVerkstan / Faceshield.nu, which I had been using for local purposes. Some feedback suggested that the peak could be a bit larger to avoid interference with facemasks, so I made some adjustments and am now testing it out. Others may also find this of interest.
