I'm sharing this for others who want to create block print stamps or tweak it into a stencil. As the Minister of Youth for a barony in the Middle Kingdom/Midrealm within the Society for Creative Anachronism, I've created tools from heraldic dragon forms that form the center of Midrealm heraldry, and I'm sharing this part so others can do likewise. This design hasn't been test printed yet; it's just a conversion of a JPG found online via selva3d.com. It's sized to fit well on a New Matter Mod-t. This design was made with Tinkercad.
