I have a custom breaker from Aldi that had one major flaw: the handle used to tighten the grip was too large to fit into the case when attached, making it useless for me. So I took matters into my own hands and created a new version with a shorter but still chunky design to provide a good grip. I designed this custom breaker in OnShape, utilizing some parameters to control its appearance. The goal was to create a handle that would fit perfectly inside the case while maintaining a comfortable and secure grip. You can see the designs I came up with on my CAD model here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/e7239c6bf491b0056d027786/w/31254c8dfdd81fb5f895011d/e/de8cc8f693d013526a8e5a83 I've created three different versions of the custom breaker: v1 - A very flat handle that's shown in a photo, but I didn't think it was ideal for my needs. v2 - A chunky handle with a 13.1mm distance between the nut flats, which provides a comfortable grip. v3 - Another version of the chunky central handle, this time with a 13.2mm distance between the nut flats, offering an even better grip.
