Large Lever Switch
thingiverse
This lever switch builds upon the discontinued Mounting Switch previously made by Don Johnston Developmental Equipment, Inc. It features a microswitch connected to a 3.5 mono plug. The standard setup includes a base housing (housing the switch, cable run, and mounting hardware) and an activation arm. Mounting is possible using a thumbscrew with a ¼” vertical or horizontal rod or by using the T-nut base. - When mounting to a rod, a thumbscrew is required to secure the switch to the rod and an M3 screw is needed to keep the bottom of the compression spring inside the housing in place. - If mounting to a ¼"-20 mount, the thumbscrew and M3 are not necessary. A T-nut is inserted into the base, which clicks onto the bottom of the housing.
