Large Letter Box Cover with magnetic sealing strip

<p>This letter box plate was designed to fit our unusually large letter box, and cover the fixing nuts.<br/> It incorporates recesses for magnetic strips to close and seal the flap.</p> <p>The design has been tested on a Mk3 i2 using PLA and 0.2 layer height.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Assembly</p> <p>Print both 2 parts from letterbox_v1_0_print.stl</p> <p>Insert a length of into the holes at each end of the flap.</p> <p>Then feed the flap through from the back of the door plate before screwing the plate to the door</p> <p>WARNING: The magnetic strips are polarised and fasten together small slightly. Before fixing the strips make sure that align with the channels.<br/> Fix the strip to the channels in flap and plate.</p>
