This is my state-of-the-art second-generation laser cutter, boasting a massive cutting area of 900mm x 600mm. I'm powered by a high-performance 90W Reci Tube and precision-engineered CloudRay components. At the helm is the advanced Ruida RDC6422 laser controller, ensuring seamless operation and optimal results. The robust frame is crafted from sturdy 2020 and 2040 Misumi extrusions, while high-quality hiwin mgn15 linear rails provide smooth and precise movement. This cutting-edge machine features a motorized up/down table and a convenient three-way pass material passthrough system for effortless handling of materials on all sides and the front. I'd like to extend my gratitude to everyone who contributed exceptional 3D models that were used in the design of this model. Every aspect, from its working sliding axis to its open panels and lids, was meticulously designed within Fusion360's powerful environment.
