A large industrial building 3D model, available in four colors, is presented with materials easily switchable in Max files' editor. The 3DS and OBJ files store each color variant separately. This versatile design can be utilized as a warehouse, workshop, garage or hangar. The model includes correctly named and oriented doors and gates. It's ideal for visualization and fly-through animations of agricultural plants, greenhouse complexes, or factories. Dimensions are 116.2m x 55.2m x 14.1m with 132,072 tris and 74,246 verts. The model is in metric system units (1 unit = 1 cm), and rendered using V-Ray, with both V-Ray and standard version files included.
