This 3D model was initially created using Sketchup 8 before being converted into other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, with a 3dsmax scene built in 3ds Max 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00 This approximate 3200 sq ft T-shaped house draws inspiration from an HGTV showhouse design, but its interior was conceived by me. Enter the Rotunda's grand space, highlighted by its two-story ceiling featuring a stunning sky blue dome. This central hub connects the home's various living spaces. To your left lies a compact suite consisting of bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a staircase. The Master Bedroom boasts a convenient mini-bar and an en-suite bathroom. Meanwhile, to your right is the spacious Country Kitchen, easily accessible from the Mudroom and Garage. Ahead, beyond the elegant stone columned archway, awaits the expansive Living Room, distinguished by its imposing fireplace and soaring 15' ceiling. The adjacent Office features a secret door granting access to both a bathroom and patio area. Upper levels house an expanded attic space. Situated in between lies the Mezzanine, which offers panoramic views of the Rotunda. The total length of this house measures approximately 116 feet.
