It is a Model of a large house with a lot of detail and in the form of either, the house on its own, with no colour, or with colour and an extension including a conservatory, a deck with a hot tub, a balcony, a garage, and the garden and driveway. Both types of model will be available in this download in both, STL and SKP (2021 and newer) file format.
