This model can be found in Archmodels vol. 71 and is available in multiple formats for easy use. Formats include Max (compatible with versions up to 2008), Mxs, 3ds, Fbx, Obj, and various render-specific *.max files such as Fryrender, Maxwell Studio Renderer v.1.7, Mental Ray, Scanline, and V-Ray, all of which come with materials.
