This is a versatile gel comb for crafting 24 meticulously arranged wells when utilizing a substantial gel for electrophoresis. A multiple of 8 plus 1 is preferred so that you can efficiently divide 96-well plates evenly with one lane reserved for the ladder. With four 25-tooth combs, you can easily accommodate a 96-well plate on a single gel with a ladder allocated for each row. I also designed a 17-well comb (see my other designs).
