I made gel combs for creating 17 evenly spaced wells when using large gels for electrophoresis. For precise results, multiples of eight plus one are preferred as they enable smooth division into 96-well plates with room for a ladder, so I crafted two designs - a 17 well comb and a 25 well comb (also on my other platforms).
