Large Gel Comb for 17 Wells (ideally 16 + ladder)

This gel comb is designed to create 17 evenly spaced wells when working with a large gel for electrophoresis. For optimal results, choose a multiple of 8 plus 1, allowing you to easily divide the space into 96-well plates while leaving one lane open for the ladder. With this in mind, I crafted a 17-well comb and a 25-well comb (see my other designs).
