Choose whatever infill you prefer, but I strongly suggest a minimum of 20% regardless of whether it's Carbon fiber (which I've used for my own spool holder/roller). A recommended wall/shell thickness is at least two. It's designed to accommodate filament-rolls that weigh between 2-4kg. It needs some improvements on the filament sensor part, and I'm open to detailed suggestions if needed. Don't rush the printing time; it takes a while to print these spools. The spool is approximately 16cm wide and fits most spools, as well as smaller ones like the large 30cm diameter spools. If I remember correctly, the spool roller is about 51mm in diameter. I had no issues with the rolling part; it rolls smoothly, even better than the ball bearings I used (I probably used too heavy ball bearings). You can add some lube to the inner part if you want. Don't worry if the inner rod axle doesn't roll; the filament roll still works just fine. End stoppers prevent the filament from rubbing against the walls/stand. You'll also need M4 bolts to screw them in. This isn't a super fast roller holder, but you can print two or more spools if you don't want to constantly screw the bolts in and out and change between the filaments you use often. It has a quick release function with the square spool retainers x2. You don't need all the end stopper wheels, but you can choose which ones you like for your own spool holder. Choose the modified inner axle rod if you go with two thick ones. Please feel free to take photos and share them with me; it'll definitely make my day! Happy printing! Filament sensor: To connect the sensor to the arm attached to the stand, use a plier to cut a screw that fits the sensor and screw it in with Cyanoglue. Wait until the glue is cured, then screw the sensor on. Modified stand has a wire harness clamp on the side instead.
