These are replacement feet for large fans commonly found at Home Depot and Walmart. Over time on my older fans, screws would fall out, and I'd lose some of the rubber feet, causing the fan to wobble around while running. To print these replacement feet, you'll need a rubber-like filament that's flexible, not a hard type of filament.
