I've got some large glass mugs that sweat a lot and I'm tired of using paper towels as coasters. I've yet to find a coaster I like - one that doesn't just let condensation pool at the base of the mug. So, I decided to make my own. An example mug is one that's similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S9RKUMY This coaster works by collecting the condensation that drips off the mug in a small bowl and keeping it raised up slightly to let it drip off the mug.
