Large Chip Bag Clip Fully Assembled Hinge

I remade my 4-inch wider bag clip (which was influenced by one created by MasterFX), I upgraded my printer and can now print larger sizes. This new version still features the double seal, but measures approximately 5 and 1/4 inches in length. I printed it using PLA with .2mm layers and 30% infill without any supports required. Keep in mind that you will need a well-calibrated machine to ensure the hinge prints correctly so that it separates and swings properly. Once finished, gently flex the parts back and forth while holding them near the center hinge. You should feel it click free and then swing easily afterwards.
