This is a remix, I made several adjustments to the original model, I mention the main parts:

Adjusted the scale to actually x10

detached the hinge part and the handles for less use of support material

modified the geometry slightly, mainly chamfers and fillets for better printability

adjusted the size of the studs (were slightly too large)

Since I split it into parts, they obviously have to be joined somehow, I decided to use M5 countersunk bolts and threaded brass-inserts for that purpose. The holes are made for the ones I had on hand but it should fit for most heat-inserts (I used some cheap ones from amazon).
You additionally need:

4x M5x25 for the handles

2x M5x40 and

2x M5x30 to attach the hinge part to the lid (35mm and 25mm also work)

2x M5x35 as hinge

2x M5 lock-nut to secure the hinge-bolts

8x M5 threaded brass heat inserts

For the printing part, I used:
PLA (and PolySupport as dedicated support-material),
0.4mm line width,
0.3mm layer height,
2 wall perimeters,
3 top- and bottom-layers,
15% infill (with 1 gradual infill step, so 7.5% for most of the part),
since it is a pretty large part, I recommend using a brim for better adhesion, especially at the corners.
I used infill modifiers to print the area around the holes for the treaded inserts with 100% infill (I used a simple cube with 15mm edges as stencil and placed it at the holes). The mounting holes print fine without supports inside, but you'll have to rework them with a drill since they won't be very round at that layer height (the ones that get heat inserts are fine without rework).

It is pretty large (320x160mm) so it took about four days to print and used a little more than 1kg of PLA.

By the way, the floor of the crate fits regular brick-plates 16x36 studs wide, in case you want to build some “lego-ception” inside.

If you like it, there's also a large barrel :).
