This case is designed for an Arduino-based Solar Tracker project, featuring dimensions of 4.875" X 4.5" X 2.75" (outer) and 4.625" X 4.00" X 2.275" (interior). The laser-cut design from 3mm acrylic, preferably fluorescent green from US Plastic Corp., includes a removable top cover with side wire passthroughs and accommodations for an Arduino, custom stepper motor control board, and a 20X4 LCD module. Assemble the case by inserting sides and bottom into backplate, followed by faceplate, corner brackets, spacers, and welding seams with a SameStuff plastic welder. Don't glue the lid and be cautious when tapping 8-32 threads in corner bracket holes to avoid cracking the acrylic. Load files with a scale of 25.4 (inches to mm) for programs like Inkscape.
