1/16/2020 - Minor Update Added New STL with Holes for Easier Bolt Access Using Allen Keys, Main Design Remains Unchanged, Both Files Now Available. After Experiencing Disappointment with Several Brackets, I Decided to Create My Own Using Fusion 360 Primarily to Enhance Y-Axis Stability on the Ender 5, but It May Also Suit Other Printers and Applications Utilizing 2020 Style Extrusions Such as the Ender 5 Plus and Pro. I Required a Bracket That Would Offer Strength Like a Truss, Be Printable with Ease Without Supports, Feature Proper Hole Configuration for Secure Anchoring with M5-12mm Bolts Using Hammerhead (V-track) Nuts, and Not Obstruct Existing Corner Brackets You May Already Have Installed. Up to Two Brackets Can Be Utilized on Each Side of the Left and Right Sides of an Ender 5 If Desired, Spanning Approximately 185mm Each. Each Bracket Requires Four M5-12mm Bolts and Four M5 Hammerhead Nuts for Secure Installation. Printing Each Bracket Requires Approximately 70 Grams of PLA Filament. Bonus: Installing It on the Right Side of an Ender-5 May Help Resolve Some Wire Routing Issues by Providing Additional Points to Securely Tie-Wrap to.
