I've been relying on a simple stand to elevate my laptop screen and position the keyboard at an optimal angle, which has greatly reduced my tendency to hunch over my computer. These stands were specifically designed for 15.6" computers but should work just as well with other sizes. What's more surprising is their stability - I've added little pieces of cushioned double-sided tape to the bottom to act as non-skid feet, providing a secure hold on any surface. To get the most out of them, print two and place one on each side of your laptop. They're also incredibly useful when using my computer in tablet mode with the stylus.
