This design was originally intended to be used in pairs as laptop stands, although they work well to hold up small-to-medium sized gadgets and accessories too! One stand does hold up a laptop, however, two stands make it much more stable. These stands have been designed to keep the laptop upright as stable as practical! Use of a slider in clamping mechanism means moving parts do not come into contact with the laptop/gadget/accessory, no scratches or damage!
