Created a simple, space-saving vertical stand for laptops that can accommodate devices from 20 to 41mm thick by adjusting two set screws on each side. Simply tighten these screws when the desired width is reached to securely hold your device. Tested with a heavy aluminium ultrabook with great success, so it should work well with many different laptop models. This design prints in just 10 pieces without any supports needed. For the example photos, I used 30mm chrome audio feet and countersunk washers, which are not essential but add an aesthetic touch. If you want to use them, simply replace regular screws with countersunk ones in the dimensions listed below. To prevent scratches or marks on your device from repeated use, I recommend adding foam padding to the braces. You'll need to print: 1 x Stand base 2 x Side braces 2 x Inner braces 5 x 30mm feet Hardware needed: 5 M3x10mm screws for the feet. 6 M3x10mm countersunk screws for the side braces. 4 M3x20mm screws for the adjustable inner braces.
