<p>This laptop riser was created based on measurements of the best risers and slopes I found to help relieve my wrist pain caused by extensive typing.</p><p>The Riser is designed for a laptop with a 14 inch screen. &nbsp;My laptop is about 13 inches wide and 9 inches deep. &nbsp;You can change the width of the Link pieces to accommodate laptops of different sizes. &nbsp;Just be sure to keep the notches the same size in the Riser and Link pieces to ensure that they fit together after printing.</p><p>The Riser piece also includes small insets on the bottom to attach non-slip pads. &nbsp;These significantly help the riser to stay in place on the desk.</p><p>The included 3MF file was created for use with a Prusa i3 mk3, and shows how the wide pieces can be arranged on the platen.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Disclaimer: &nbsp;Use of the Riser model is not meant as a replacement to the advice of medical professionals. &nbsp;I created this model only after trying many recommendations, and finding out what worked and what didn't for me. &nbsp;It was only then that I created this solution that works for my needs. &nbsp;It is my hope that the model works well for others, but you should consult a medical professional for your own needs. &nbsp;No responsibility for medical issues can be placed on use of this model.</p>
