When freelancing from home, I use my work laptop for coding but still prefer sitting at my desk with access to my personal gaming PC. This is where a versatile laptop mount comes in handy, allowing me to do just that. It integrates seamlessly into my clampable accessory holder. I have a 15" MacBook Pro and it fits perfectly. Using PETG filament gives the mount a slight flexibility, providing an almost suspension-like effect without compromising its structural integrity. Not enough flex to cause any issues, but sufficient for withstanding occasional mishaps. Just like my digital drawing easel, this mount's parts separate and fit together for easy storage. Although it lacks dedicated slots for each component, this design choice avoids adding bulk or removing the necessary strength required to support heavier laptops. To print the rod and bolt, I used a .2mm layer height, while the main body and arms were printed at .4mm layer heights with my .8mm nozzle. The result is sturdy and reliable. Enjoy!
