I used Fusion 360 to model this. My dell inspiron 15 5585 gets a little warmer than I like. Print two of these halves and join them. I'm using an earlier version but added 3mm screw holes to this one. Make sure you have good bridging or use supports for the blower openings. Multiple openings for blowers so you can use as many as 8. Tape over the openings you don't use. 5015 blowers should friction fit but you can always glue them in. the walls are 10mm to accommodate the 3/8 inch x 5/16 inch stick-on weatherstrip I used for an air seal to the laptop. With two 24v 5015 blowers at 20v My laptop stays at about 80C during a stress test.
