I recently bought Lenovo L580 which is (like all nowadays laptops excluding GETAC) powered by mechanically weak USB-something port that would break if you even look at it from wrong angle.

Solution is easy and strong enough. Add a frame around port hole, to hold the plug by its sides. Just glue it to laptop's bottom using few drops of CA.
Reinforcement doesn't cover any holes or screws, allows laptop to be disassembled normally. Breaks your warranty but disallows breaking the charger port.

Print: PLA or other material that works with CA glue, 3 outer lines, 20% infill. Easy to sand and to glue with CA.

Montage: Sand the bottom and side part of laptop around USB "charging" port with a sandpaper. Sand the printed piece also. Wrap power plug with 1 layer of polyethylene foil (be it any "plastic bag"). Apply few drops of CA glue to piece, plug the wrapped plug into charging port, through hole in piece. Place everything together, unplug the plug and wait few minutes. You may apply few more drops of glue to ensure the edges be glued to laptops's bottom.
