A Safety Clip or Medal Attachment Device for Lanyards. This device is designed to accommodate a 1 inch wide ribbon, allowing users to securely fasten their lanyard. When the lanyard is pulled on, the clip will separate, preventing it from getting stuck in place. To ensure smooth operation, test the pushing together and pulling apart of the two pieces. If they are still too tight, use a piece of sandpaper to rub down the small nodule on the male connector until you achieve the desired level of separation.
