Langmuir machine torch mount - tilting

This is a machine torch mount for Langmuir Systems plasma tables. This was modified from my original mount, to allow the torch to tilt for cutting bevels. I printed mine from Sunlu PLA+ with 6 walls and 15% infill using adaptive layer height in the Bambu slicer. Print the main body with the large flat surface on the plate. Print the clamp in the same orientation that it will be in use for the best layer line orientation. Designed for M5 heat set threaded inserts for the clamp bolts. I insert mine from the back and use 60mm long M5 socket head cap screws to prevent layer line separation. You can insert them from the front and use much shorter bolts, but be careful of overtightening the bolts. Some Langmuir Z axis plates have bolts sticking out past the face. You may have to make clearance on the back of the mount or grind the bolts flush with the plate. Mine don't stick out, so it fits flush with the plate. I have printed this, but have not tested it in use.
