Landroid M500 (WR141E) Wheel 1500g
thingiverse
This is a replacement for the original wheel shell / rim for more weight and better traction. Everything else is reused. The wheel incl. original metal plate will weigh approx. 1500g. Steps: 1. Remove the wheel from the robot. You can get to the clips of the hubcap if you turn the robot upside down. 2. Print out the test piece to check if it fits on your wheel axle. 3. Print the new rim shell 4. Carefully pull the "tyre" from the original wheel (front to back). Warm water works wonders. Tyre levers are also helpful. 5. Fill wheel shell with cement (as shown in pictures) 6. Wait 24h until the cement has cured 7. Carefully mount the tyre on the new rim. Make sure that the indentations match. 8. Mount the wheel with the original metal plate.
