The LCT Mk 5 was produced between 1942-1945 during WWII. With 500 units made, the design progressed throughout its manufacturing period. Initially, there were no weapons included in the original blueprint; however, later models featured 20 mm Oerlikons mounted on forward bases. Hulls 401 to 500 had a modification that allowed for two Oerlikons upon construction. The first three images illustrate hull no. 001 as it was initially built, while the remaining pictures depict hull no. 058 with two guns, hull no. 401 which underwent a complete redesign, and hull no. 461 that boasted additional armor and other alterations.
