These repair cracked broken original brackets with precision fitting, their dimensions are very close to the originals. Print times vary slightly depending on layer settings but mine took about five hours plus a little extra to finish printing in ABS. Firm full support is necessary throughout, particularly around the middle cross-section and internal hollow areas to prevent collapse. To shield from UV degradation and to blend seamlessly with the interior, I painted mine with multiple coats. The unpainted black versions look perfectly fine too, as you can see in some accompanying photos. Important notes: * Three or four perimeters and a solid 2mm thick base were used for added strength around the screw holes. A quick post-print cleanup, application of plastic primer, and mid-grey topcoat finished off the restoration nicely, matching the interior trim perfectly.
