I designed this Roof Rack for A Hard Body D90 to break down into sections, making it simpler to assemble and disassemble if something goes wrong. It requires 22 - 1.5mm bolts, which are also used in the lock-on wheels. I printed the netting in a flexible material, and I'm impressed by how well it holds up – although it can be tricky to get on initially, it stays securely in place once attached.
