Land Rover 110 / Perentie ashtray replacement

Designed to fill the gap left by the removal of an ashtray from a Land Rover Perentie, formerly used in Australian military operations, or the interior dashboard of most 110 series Rovers. This housing contains a "Ridge Ryder" branded LED clock and a Chinese LED voltage meter. The clock required the removal of its lugs; I used flush cutters to accomplish this task quickly and easily. You will also need six stainless steel screws measuring 3mm by 10mm to hold the modules together. A toggle switch on the back allows for blackout mode, enabling you to turn off the LED meter while keeping power to the clock's memory. For any wiring questions, please leave a comment, and I'll be happy to provide clarification if needed. The design is divided into two sections for easier printing. As with most of my designs, an AutoCAD file and Inventor parts are included, allowing you to make modifications or take measurements. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: I2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% honeycomb Notes: Printed in ABS at approximately 265°C, with a bed temperature of 70°C. You will need to have your slicer generate supports automatically. It is recommended to use auto-cooling for the long bridges. I designed this housing with large curves to minimize bridging requirements.
