I built a custom motor mount for my Lancia using a geared engine from Aliexpress. The 200RPM geared 12V engine I chose packs plenty of punch, though it moves at a snail's pace on 12 volts. In hindsight, I'd recommend opting for a 250 or 300RPM geared 12V motor instead - it would still deliver impressive power without feeling like a sluggish slug.
