!!! Make sure you have e.g. a 5 mm wood screw or something else to get the adapter out of the pen after installing !!! There are two main brands of fountain pens in my city, Lamy and Pelikan. You might guess that their cartridges aren't compatible. Since the Lamy replacements seem more expensive, I decided to make an adapter to use my existing small cartridges in the Lamy system. I tested it for about 30 minutes and it seems ink-tight so far. However, check on your own to ensure it doesn't leak!
