Lamp Switch Gear Knob with TPU Inner Core

I have 5 of these type lamps (3 from IKEA) but, as I found out, the knobs on the switches can have slightly different diameters. After first trying to use PLA & PETG to grip the knobs, I gave up, as the tolerances were becoming a pain. So I designed it with the TPU insert.

There are 2 files for the TPU Inner Cores, having a 5.5mm dia. hole or a 5.6mm dia. hole. One or the other worked for all my lamps. With these cores set with 10% infill and 1 perimeter, it allows for a snug fit inside the knob and also on the switch. I've been using these for months and have had no issues.

The cap should snap on with no glue. The TPU is just pushed into the knob (no glue) until it approximately reaches the cap, where there will be a space at the bottom to help hide the nut on the switch. Then just push the assembled knob on the switch.

Note: I used SainSmart TPU 95A for the cores on my MINI+
